The Fort

Bonifacio High Street, Serendra & Market!Market!

We spend the night strolling at The Fort after Embassy. It was our first time here, to think that it just a drove away from Ortigas hehe. We plan to go here before when we are still in Eastwood to try the Eastwood Citylink bus (^_^) The last time I was in The Fort is when I watched a concert but never had the time to stroll at nearby malls.

Serendra

Market!Market!

Bugong at Buddy’s Spotted!!!

Mahilig kasi si Mama sa cactus so bumili ako ng isa for her Php35 lang.

The parking fee is cheap @ P25 for 3 hours and Php5 for succeeding hours as compared to Eastwood and Ortigas.
Sarap kumuha ng condo dito, kaso for us, mas maganda sa Eastwood if titira rin lang coz lot of security and no PUJ’s.

Sonja Cupcakes – Hype x_x

People are going crazy @ Sonja cupcakes???

Few months ago I was surfing the net for info about Serendra in The Fort. One blog I’ve read mentioned about  Sonja Cupcakes – that is a must when going at Serendra. There are also lot of blogs praising the Sonja Cupcakes. (Try niyo igoogle)

We passed by it and decided to try. Original plan is to pass by Krispy Kreme before going home.

The place is small but cute. Free wifi access.

I already knew that the cupcakes here is a bit pricey, starting from Php55 to Php100++ for a single cupcake only.

Cupcake packaging is cute.

ChocoMadness Milkshake – Php145 but the baso is soo simple, wala lang, sana lang may design.

THE TASTE
It tastes like ‘makabayan’ in local bakeshop. Matigas na makabayan. Ewan ko ba lasang ordinaryo, yung bread is nakakauhaw, naghihiwa-hiwalay at hindi xa masarap for the price! Mas masarap pa nga yung makabayan na nabibili sa bakery.

Choco Madness Milkshake Taste – masarap. pero may kalasa… parang Chocolait or Chuckie?

Overprice – yes. To think that the cupcake is Php70.00. But I have to agree na nakakabusog ang isang cupcake. Heavy and dense, not air-filled.

Masarap pa ang TJS Cupcakes na natikman ko sa Ozine at Shizen P30 lang sulit na or yung Gonuts Donut Cupcakes.

In my disbelief on the Sonja Cupcakes craze, I searched the net and found out and there also who disagreed and said that it is just overrated.

Sana nagKrispy Kreme na lang kami. T_T Pero ok lang at least now we know!

Embassy SuperClub @ The Fort

1st time here for free!

Since we’re not a party people we googled to see if its worth going to.

We are on the guestlist of the Nestea Tang Teazperiments Grand Culmination event 6PM-10PM so entrance fee is waived + free foods!!! (^_^)

Result of searching the net:
1. Embassy SuperClub is the best club in Manila.
2. Expensive, Php500 entrance fee.
3. Club of socialites, high class, actors, models and known people.
4. Strict dressing code. You must dress to impress.
5. Curfew @ 2:30 AM

(Not to mention that it also known for fights/rumbles)

Embassy is divided into 3: Club, Cafeteria and Cuisine (as in hiwalay na building). The club is further divided into 3 rooms: Champagne hall, main hall and VIP room.

Main hall na ba yung nasa pictures?? If I’m not mistaken we go first at the VIP room, (right stairs ) yung Champagne room yung madadaanan if papunta ka sa VIP room. If ganun nga then we experienced the VIP treatment.

I thought the club is big inside from the photos in their site www.embassyclub.ph, Were like – eto na yun? Okei lang xa, Di naman xa super duper uber ganda, sa photos lang ahehe. More photos at embassyclub.multiply.com

The food? I dunno the price range, the finger foods buffet served to us are yummy especially the mild spicy chicken with cream sauce

Appetizers + Tang Fruit Teaz!

Embassy is located at The Fort Strip, Bonifacio Global City behind NBC Tent.
